PicTomo is a service that makes it easy to share photos from events and gatherings. No account registration required - just share a URL with friends to share photos. Perfect for weddings, parties, trips, and various occasions.

No, account registration is not required. You can create albums and upload photos immediately without registering an email address or password.

Simply enter an "Album Name" on the homepage and press the "Create Album" button. After creation, share the displayed URL or QR code with friends so everyone can post photos.

You can upload up to 100 photos per album. As more people join through sharing, Share Rewards automatically increase the limit up to 250 photos. You can also add more with paid options (from ¥100), up to 1,000 photos.

Yes, the default period is 10 days. As more people join through sharing, Share Rewards automatically extend the period up to 68 days. You can also extend up to 90 days with paid plans.

Expired albums are temporarily archived and become inaccessible. However, photos are not deleted immediately. You can restore the album by purchasing an extension plan.

*Note: After a certain period in archive, photos will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Yes, the album creator can set a password from the settings screen. With a password set, even those who know the URL cannot view photos without entering the correct password.

You can download all photos in the album as a ZIP file for free. Album creators can also allow/disallow downloads for viewers.

Select "Device Sync" from the menu in the top right of the homepage and enter your email address.

Steps:
1. On your current phone, go to "Device Sync" and enter your email
2. Open the sync URL sent to your new phone
3. You can now manage albums as the same account

*The sync URL is permanent and can be used multiple times
*Never share this URL with others

Yes, you can sync across multiple devices (smartphones, PCs, tablets, etc.). Issue a sync URL for each device you want to sync.

After syncing, you can manage albums (rename, set passwords, extend expiration, etc.) from any device.

The device (smartphone/PC) that created the album becomes the "Owner". Only the owner can perform these operations:

- Change album name
- Set/change password
- Purchase extension
- Expand photo capacity

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase. However, please contact us if you were unable to use the service properly due to technical issues.

No, we automatically remove all EXIF data including GPS location information when photos are uploaded. Your privacy is protected - location data from original photos will not be visible to others.

Album URLs are generated with random strings, making it very difficult for unauthorized people to access. Additionally, setting a password requires authentication even if someone knows the URL.

However, people you share the URL with may share it with others, so we recommend sharing only with trusted individuals.

Yes, you can delete photos you uploaded. Tap a photo to view it enlarged, then tap the trash icon to delete.

*You cannot delete photos uploaded by others.

Please check the following:

- File size is 15MB or less
- File format is supported (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP)
- Album has not reached photo limit
- Album has not expired
- Internet connection is stable

If the issue persists, try refreshing your browser.

Photos taken with iPhone may be saved in HEIC format. PicTomo automatically converts HEIC photos to WebP or JPEG format when uploading.

During this conversion, colors may slightly change (appear more bluish). This is due to differences in color space between HEIC and the converted format, and does not affect photo quality.

Workaround:
- You can change iPhone camera format to JPEG
- Settings → Camera → Formats → Select "Most Compatible"

Check "Recently Accessed Albums" on the homepage for your history. History is saved in your browser, so you can view it if accessing from the same browser.

Unfortunately, if history is deleted, there is no way to recover the URL. Please ask someone else who participated for the URL.

Album settings can only be changed from the "Owner" device that created the album.

If you changed phones, use "Device Sync" on your old phone to sync with your new phone. After syncing, you can manage the album from your new phone.

Unfortunately, if you no longer have your old phone, owner permissions cannot be synced.

Some features may not work properly in LINE's in-app browser.

Solution:
Select "Open in Safari/Chrome" from the "..." menu at the bottom right of the screen.

Or copy the URL and open it directly in Safari/Chrome.

Please try the following:

- Connect via WiFi
- Clear browser cache
- Refresh the page
- Close other apps to free up memory

Yes, you can choose from 4 sort orders:

- Newest first: Order uploaded
- Oldest first: From first uploaded
- Most likes: Photos with the most likes first
- Most comments: Photos with the most comments first

A feature to combine multiple photos into one image.

How to use:
1. Tap "Collage" button on album screen
2. Choose a layout (4-25 photo grids, random, etc.)
3. Tap "Generate Collage" (photos are selected automatically)
4. Download the completed collage

Yes! We support 6-second animations. From the + button on the album screen, select "6s Animation" and press and hold to record up to 6 seconds of animation.

Animations play silently in an auto-loop, just like GIFs.

Note: Uploading externally recorded video files is not supported. Only animations recorded with the in-app camera are available.

You can create a printable QR code flyer from the "Share" button on the album screen.

How to set:
Tap a photo to enlarge it, then tap the pin icon. Only the owner can pin, and only one photo can be pinned at a time.

It's a feature that lets you record moments that photos can't capture as short animations of up to 6 seconds. Select "6s Animation" from the + button on the album screen and press and hold to record.

Recorded animations appear in the album just like photos, with auto-loop playback in both thumbnails and lightbox.

No audio is recorded—enjoy them like GIFs. Saved in WebM format and included in ZIP downloads.

Each day someone uploads a photo, the album's expiry is automatically extended by +1 day. This accumulates up to 30 days.

For example, if someone uploads photos every day for 30 days, you get +30 days of extension. This is added separately from participant milestones, so using both maximizes the benefit.
